Laurie Harrison Coppersmiths is dedicated to preserving the art of coppersmithing while blending modern aesthetics with traditional techniques.
Our passion for craftsmanship drives us to create beautiful copper lanterns that stand the test of time.

Formally a Tinsmiths, The business was handed over to Laurie in 1978 after serving his time as an apprentice Coppermith with an aerospace company. Over time Laurie developed his skills and extended his products to suit the market.

For almost forty years we have been designing and crafting bespoke lamps for major UK lighting companies, alongside unique sculptures for local authorities and restoration projects for the National Trust. 

Now a husband and wife team we are focused on providing our service on a more personal level .
